Description
In the early days of shrinking research, when a lab would take a section of city for testing, the shrunken city would suffer terrible earthquakes at the slightest tremor of the ground or table it was on. Labs have developed new techniques to keep the ground stable now. When done right, the whole process is so smooth that people in the test cities might not realize they've been shrunk, at least until they look up to where the sky used to be.
