Overall I really enjoy looking at this piece, but I do have some suggestions that could make it even better.
I really like the colors, the light teal details create a nice harmony!The coral of the dress and socks a little too similar to the skin, mainly at the legs, I would suggest having the socks cover the full legs, with the teal stripe right where the dress ends.
I think a lighter colored sky would look better and fit more with this bright character. Maybe experiment with colors other than blue, like a sunset yellow, orange, red, even purple. Or a dark night sky might work better too.
I really like the thick outline, it brings focus to the character. I would add a thick outline to the butterfly as well, since some focus is already attracted to it, since it's the character's focus as well.
I would make the shadow a draker-than-the-grass green instead of black, since it's a little disctracting and it would make it more realistic!
The anatomy looks good for the most part, I only have some small suggestions, like making the fingers a bit more round where they bend, and I would also put the mouth a little higher, closer to the nose and leaving more space for the chin.
The arm on the left side seems a little out of proportion, the two parts seem a bit too uneven, especially compared to the other arm.
I also like how the dress flows, the net could also flow in the wind a bit more as well.

Very cute! I like the way the skirt is being ruffled, it adds to the movement of the pose a lot.
