Created for a starter event on the Fakemon Masters Discord server.
The goal of the event was to create a Water starter Fakemon.
Anxeal is based on a water vole with elements of anti-depressants. Its name comes from Anxious and Seal.
Furcottic is based on an otter and takes elements of narcotics. The name comes from Fur, Otter and Narcotic.
Neurotter is also an otter, but takes inspiration this time from hallucinogens. Neurotter comes from Neurotic and Otter.
