Actually..the scenery is just perfect... It completely reflects him... And his emotion works too. I just think you used too much dark around his eyes, so it looks a little iffy...

I really like this. Your style for Naruto character is vury cute and unique. ^^ {Not to mention awfully uke *kukuku* >3} I really like the way this is TOTALLY Neji, but the colors are so pastel. The expression totally makes it for Neji, even with the purty colors. Very nicely done. ^^
