Description: The Baluchistan Black Bear is a subspecies of Asian Black Bear that can be found in the Toba Kakar Mountain Range, which is the southern offshoot of the Himalayas in the Balochistan region of Pakistan, these bears used to be high in population, but major threats, like illegal logging, bear-baiting, and poaching have caused this subspecies to be Critically Endangered, and possibly extinct in most of the area. These bears have a much thinner coat when compared to other Asian Black Bears, this is because the Baluchistan Black Bear lives in a somewhat warmer climate than its relatives, but it still shares features that help identify it with its relatives, like a lighter patch of fur on its chest, but this subspecies has a slightly darker patch. Like many other bears, Baluchistan Black Bears are omnivorous, some of its favorite foods are Indian Olives and Ber, but it will also eat other fruits, as well as insects and small reptiles, most farmers often kill these bears for a false accusation for killing their livestock, but livestock is not a part of the Baluchistan Black Bear's diet.

Personal Thoughts: Even though we did get an Asiatic Black Bear as a default bonus DLC for Zoo Tycoon 2 by Blue Fang Games, it is nice to have some subspecies variety in the game, but I do think the creator of this one could have done better. I think it looks like a retextured version of the Asiatic Black Bear, which would be a good idea, but you have to get the coloring right on it, although this one has the different colored patch on its chest, its almost unnoticeable. Other than the inaccurate texturing, it has no bugs or glitches, and it somewhat fits in with the mod.
