Description: The Woolly Rhinoceros is a species of rhinoceros that lived during the Pleistocene Epoch until the end of the Ice Age, it once roamed what is now Northern Asia and Europe, along with multiple Ice Age megafauna, like the Giant Irish Elk, aka Megaloceros, the Woolly Mammoth, and various other species. This massive rhino was adapted in a way similar to the Woolly Mammoth, with a large woolly coat of fur to keep heat inside to stay warm in the freezing Ice Age winter, although it is an herbivore, like the Mammoths, it can also be extremely dangerous, those horns are used for both a defensive weapon and to impress a female, and they can do massive damage if stuck head on. For years, we have only known about the Woolly Rhinoceros from cave paintings depicting the rhinos and other Ice Age beasts, until a mummified adult female Woolly Rhinoceros specimen was discovered in a tar pit in Starunia, Poland, and since then, multiple Woolly Rhino specimens have been found, including skeletons and even frozen individuals. Like many of the megafauna of its time, the Woolly Rhinoceros went extinct at the end of the Ice Age, factors that caused the species decline included climate change and being hunted by Humans, although some of the smaller species like Reindeer, Muskox, and Wisents had survived the end of the Ice Age, the Woolly Rhinoceros and other Pleistocene megafauna are gone forever.
Mod: Woolly Rhinoceros Remake (Tyranachu)

Personal Thoughts: Of course it is a must to have this Ice Age animal in a prehistoric zoo, it is just so iconic along with the Woolly Mammoth. I even recall it being in the first Zoo Tycoon game, so it makes it better that it came back in Zoo Tycoon 2. Although I do like the default Woolly Rhinoceros a lot, I do like this remake too, it really looks like a real Woolly Rhinoceros. I definitely would not want to be on the wrong end of those horns though. Anyways, this remake has no bugs or glitches, the modeling and textures are accurate compared to the real animal, and it is an absolute must have for Zoo Tycoon 2.
My Rating: 10/10
