The long suffering library bot who is above all of this other robot monkey nonsense and is the last of the Primes.

Prime-13 is somewhat reminiscent of Prime-1 in design but has a gigantic computer for a brain, which contains information about everything in Fandango Laboratories; All of the robots, places and people, as well as copies of all of the labs databases and can connect remotely to any other interface as well as the entire security system. A retractable screen can display any of this information.

When forced into a battle Thirteen has no direct attacks of his own but can create fake copies of himself or remotely control other machinery. He can also emit a special kind of shockwave which stimulates the circuitry in damaged or deactivated robots, essentially enabling him to summon 'zombie robots' in a limited capacity.

He's pretty snooty and often gets frustrated with his peers - when he does the wires on the side of his head start to glow.

Thirteen was another one whose design I could never quite get to where I wanted it - one of the problems I think was that I was steering him away from the monkey theme too much, so extending his head out into a face as seen here was the perfect solution!
