Description Jeez look at this clown. From my 2012 "Advent Calendar"
This post: [link] revealed a pretty interesting "Proto-Waluigi" from some Japanese comic and I felt compelled to flesh out the design.

Annoyingly I did try some different colours like oranges and turquoises in an effort to follow the same pattern as Mario and Luigi, but without making him look too much like the final Waluigi, and nothing seemed to come out right!
So I the end I just made him a drab grey, with a few highlights.

Waluigi (or "Walking I" if you have spellcheck for some odd reason!) doesn't deserve this kind of quality pic of him, prototype or otherwise! Great job on his wiry body, personality and mustache!

Weird, yes. Funny, also.
I don't believe it was actually Nintendo (or Camelot) who came up with this design so there was no fear of them having to "change" it, but most people seem to prefer the final design.

Love this. You made him look even more awesome. Wario and Waluigi (and Yoshi..hmmm makes me think of WaYoshi) are my favorites.
That original concept is ridiculous. Glad they changed it a bit. And as for me...i think noodle moustache look italian enough. Plus they're as "detailed" as Wario's. While the actual Waluigi's moustache is kinda simplistic.

Yeah I like that extra detail, though it is a little cumbersome.
Did you know that Boshi of Super Mario RPG fame is known as "Washi" in Japan? He is the WaYoshi!

You don't like the noodle moustache!?
I both like it an dislike it. Waluigi's actual moustache is really obvious. Almost too obvious. But this one does look rather impotent.
