deviantART doesn't allow the posting of art that isn't yours, and since you don't own the Death Note anime, you don't have permission to post screencaps from it on this site, since you don't have the copyright. Please, put pics like these on photobucket or imageshack instead.

Nope, in order to be allowed to post something on this site which is taken directly from, say, the Death Note anime, you need to have written permission from the copyright holder. If not, you could actually risk getting sued… 
There's a topic in the FAQ about that too, called "Does crediting let me use whatever I want?" Fanart is okay, of course, but stuff like this isn't acceptable and really against dA's rules.
