A bit over-hyped? Maybe, but let's face it, this is one of the best Pokemon to come out of the games; why do you think it made the cover of Pokemon Red? This has always been a favorite of mine, and it was fun to render it this way. Easily one of the best dragons out there (as far as it's design is concerned, anyway. I'm just happy they gave it the dragon type in it's X-Mega Evolution).
