the legs don´t slip to the middle, because there is a white brick between them. then i had to balance the pixelart very well.
For the arms , i made the parts where they connect to the body, with a brick that has a depth of 2 ( 6x2 if see it correctly) so they have more "grip" to the body, but then i made the rest of the arms with a depth of 1 to decrease the weight . This was very difficult, but at the end the arms were holding ^^ (Very barely XD )

A better way of doing this would've been to use slope pieces for his sides (except for where his arms connect) so that they would have smooth edges and Bill would likely end up being less elongated. Good job though.
