I only intend some friendly (& a bit smart-ass) critique here- no one start a crusade to defend the artist's honor, please.
I just don't see a link between the features (or lack thereof) of the weapon and its use as artillery.
The definition of "artillery" is a bit amorphous, depending on where you look for it, but I'm just not seeing artillery here.
"Artillery" brings to mind a 155mm muzzle pointed to the sky, a 75mm mortar, ballistic-trajectory rockets- something capable of attacking targets beyond-line-of-sight.
iGun looks like maybe .75 ca? 25mm at the biggest? A bad ass anti-materiel gun, certainly. Arty? Not so much.
And what's with the funny hat?
