Going to the Chapel tomorrow!!
I just couldn't wait to share the news, so despite not having my daily photos up for the week, I figured I'd post a little sneak peak on the eve of our wedding

Actually, the choice of underwear (the classical garterbelt thingy) becomes very relevant to the picture. Okay, few things: that old custom of the groom removing it with his teeth. Second, the heart motif on the panties - classical (almost dead-horse) symbol for love. Pure white, as in, wedding gown, which once symbolized virginity. Implied sex: well, the general perception is that, the couple get married, they cut the cake, have the party, etc. and then go home to have crazy, wild sex. So in a way, we're still knee-deep in general consensus points and outsider perceptions.
Another detail is focus area. Now I know that your hand is there to bring out the ring more, y'know, to give us the whole "wedding" angle. But consider this: a very popular image of "the wife" is one where the wife has her hands on her hips, like "What do you have to say for yourself, mister?" type bossy attitude. So not just where you place your hand but HOW you place it, that gives off that vibe.
Phew. That's all I got, really, and, if I may say: congratulations, be happy ever after and give my best to the muscle man - he's one lucky dude.

Since yours says "bride", I assume he has a pair that says "groom"?
Nice shot; classy.
Only thing I can think that would improve it is that a slack garter-belt isn't attractive.
You should either put on a stocking, or hang something off the end so that it's pulled tight.
