Description Hey everybody! Here's a side view of the real life Freddy's endoskeleton. You'll notice he doesn't have a head, or hands for that matter. The Boss is building them separately and will install them when they're completed. This is a 2.0 model - you can see the 1.0 and 0.5 versions on our Youtube channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UC-HWM…

Freddy here will be capable of independent movement - his limbs and joints move similarly to humans. He'll probably be a bit slower than humans, but eh, children's entertainers shouldn't move that fast anyway. He'll look a lot bulkier once we get the suit and suit stuffing finished. More on that later.

It's cost about $6,800 to get us this far, and we're roughly halfway through. If you like what you see here and on our Youtube channel, and can spare a few dollars, please give us a hand. Our GoFundMe link is on our profile page.

Thanks again!

Quite impressive!

I don't know much in terms of animatronics, but is he able to walk? I haven't seen any do that as of yet. o-o By the position he seems to be in, it looks like his legs at least support his weight without additional help.

Seems to cost quite a bit. But it would be interesting to see. If you're looking for a realistic costume for it, there's someone here on DA who makes very great ones. I think the username is IsabellaPrice.

Thank you!

Yes, he will be able to. We have a video up of Freddy 0.5 [because the legs were the only things done] showing the precursor to the system we'll be using now. He can support his weight, from what I know, but he won't be able to walk until we finish the head. That's when the Boss will be able to work on the balancing issues for independent movement. Everything in stages, and all.

It costs $3000 right now. Or, well, that's what we'll need from the fandom to finish him in a reasonable period of time. The Boss has put as much of his own money into Freddy as he can. I'll pass the name along to him, but we've got a lot more in mind for him than just walking. Any suit we make will need to be thin enough to support the 'nerves' that'll line the insides. The nerves will allow him to touch things and register how much pressure to use or how hot it is. He'll be able to hug people without crushing them too much! We just need to get the programming for that right...

I'll have a feature list written up detailing everything he'll do soon. I don't have time right now.

Our boss is the main engineer in our team, who builds Freddy. He is a professional with several years of experience in his field.

How in the name of fluffy kittens did you manage to create this amazingness?! O_o

Thanks! We started work on him around spring of last year. It's taken a lot of time and a lot of money on the Boss's part [he's the one building Freddy] to get this far. He works on the programming when we can't afford any new endoskeleton parts. We're all pretty dedicated around here xD

If you think this is amazing, I think what we end up creating will blow your mind

Well, the work you've done so far is absolutely amazing. :3
And I'm sure it will; judging by what's been created so far, I think it'll be incredible when it's done.
