I know exactly who this is, this cosplayer does amazing work. She is from Japan and has a Cosplay group, I believe she or her group (that's right she fooled ya) goes under the name dapantyo. You should see her Dirge of Cerberus cosplay, well all of her cosplays are on point!

I noticed she also played Weiss as well? I had friends and fans give me some more of her work. I noticed she was female after seen those.
