Usually do fan art of series after the hype dies down. However, as the Hellsing series, Rip stand out to me. I like a lot of female characters (as much as male characters) in different series but I tend to draw ones who "don't get much fan art" but that doesn't mean everyone. Seras and Integra (as much as Integra's my second fav in Hellsing) get enough.
My favorite Hellsing males are:
1. Walter (more the fan of Old Walter but I can still use a lot to my advantage)
2. Captain (being the only werewolf and this give me great material to write him as BW Dio's main rival)
3. Alucard (I enjoy him as a vampire who's okay with himself since I'm a fan of Vampire Hunter D, who's my favorite male vampire protagonist of all time. Saya from Blood the Last Vampire is my favorite female vampire of all time. I DO NOT care about Saya from the Blood+. I avoided that series for the better.)
4. Pip (I think he's pretty cool but underused.)
However, when you're doing comic stories, a lot of characters won't get in the lime light a lot. Especially, when the series is pretty straight-forward with little detractors. I like shows like Hellsing because they have a beginning and an ended that expanded 10 books/10 episodes in the Ultimate OVA. Same thing with FMA and FMA Brotherhood (Full-Metal Alchemist).
I tend to get bored when a series feel like they're dragging on. Inuyasha is my example. It felt like it wanted to do too many things other than defeat Naraku/Onigumo. It felt like it had to keep re-hashing if these two characters finally going to get together and etc. I got bored and fell off the series around Season 2. Naruto's the same deal. Part 1 felt better but Part 2 was more into the O.P. territory of who has the most power. The story-structure felt to "melded" in that I couldn't tell if I was in another story arc. For example: The Chunnin Exam story arc go right into the Leaf Destruction story arc. I couldn't tell they were different but it was just stupid to me. It was the same setting and should be "one whole thing".
Those are just two of the many examples of shows that lose my interest. I prefer shows that start then actually end. If they have story arcs, I would like to know when the current end and a new one began. In Dragonball and Dragonball Z, when they defeated the current main antagonist, you knew that story was over (though I still argue that the "Namek Saga", the "Ginyu Saga", and "Frieza Saga" should be one whole thing. Why? It takes place on Namek. Though, you can argue that Bulma and them traveling to Namek was the "Namek Saga".
That's why I favor shows like Trigun, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy (being the newest), Samurai Champloo, Afro Samurai, and Kenichi: History's Mightiest Disciple (as another of the newer ones). Like Dragonball/Dragonball Z, I'm fine with One Piece. I enjoy Yu-Gi-Oh (Season 0 and the original ones with Yugi Motou and friends) because their stories actually ended but a new story would open. You can tell when the "Duelist Kingdom" story began and ended and when the "Battle City" Story began and ended.

"No Mercy" is like...you can run through the game "quickly" but you'd have to "level grind". The "level grind" is what makes "No Mercy" runs the longest.

Most of the fights are precision-based but you can do fine. Although, doing San's "final assault" on a laptop's arrow keys was not that easy for it.
