I am against improper riding which inhibits and harms the horse. Dressage has been turned into a farce by such improper riding. So much so that people no longer recognize a stiff and unhappy horse when they see one.
Taking what you learned from Extension , pick out the good extended trot from the bad one. Your first test on if you can see real dressage.

From no study at all and simply looking at the two GIFs, I'd say the grey is the correct one. My reasoning being that I think the horse looks happier. How'd I do?
