its just some old tights i cut up and stretched over some foam square framed which i glued into the insoide of the mask :3

just a piece cut out from a pair of tights then stretched a little

Sure :3

Use a baloon and blow it up to the size you want then mix glue with a litle water and use that solution to dip news paper in and put on the balloon. do about 10 layers.

Let it dry for a few days.

Take out baloon, neaten up edges, spray paint it white then paint extras on.

For the ribbons just use super glue to attach.

For the eye bits just get some fun foan but a square bigger then the eye, cut out a square from a pair of tights and stretch and stick it to the foam square then just stick it inside the mask.
