This reminds me of a good friend.... Years ago, she used to carve drawings into her arms.... Beautiful drawings, even though they were disgusting and terrifying in their own way, they were still some of the most beautiful things I'd seen.
And the scars are even more beautiful.

This is indeed a beautiful picture, made me stare at it for quite a long while. There such a strong contrast shown in here... The scars look beautiful in my opinion, but on the other hand, looking at them sends shivers down my spine.

Those scars are very interesting. Are they from cutting? Most people do straight lines when they cut. These are curved and some almost look like burn scars. Maybe?

That is really beautiful. The black and white really enhances the emotions of this piece. It's really disturbing and really powerful. Are they real scars or did you create them using photoshop? They look very real but the shapes are really strange and pretty... I don't mean that they are good at all but I think the fact the scars look beautiful is interesting. It seems like they are being accepted as part of you (or whoever it is).

Oh, she said it wasn't that painful at all. I suppose the psychological and emotional pain outweighed the physical pain.
