Seraphina handled this so well. She may be a snarky one most of the time, but she has a heart of gold for those she loves.
Honestly this whole scenario is very well handled from a narrative standpoint. It feels very real!

Even if the list of people she’s willing to show her sweet side to is limited to about three people (Ivy, Farrah, and like maybe Imogen at a push) she’s lovely when it suits her.
