this is Yumeji Usoka, the Ultimate Oneirologist (person who studies dreams and such!) i love him a lot. i've been working on this reference sheet for a few days now, and it's been really fun as well as having taught me a bunch about character design. i was surprised at how much of it was really just trial and error!i hope you like him, though. i'm planning to use him in a future fanganronpa game :0
