hmm... This took 7 hours of work.... It's my cleaned up version of the first frame for my upcoming fan animation Zuko vs MakoThis whole thing was inspired by a contest being held by I did the best I could on this one this is my cleanest finest work so far since I took my time.... I doubt every frame of the animation will be this clean though xP... Here's the work in progress choreography for the zuko vs Mako fight [link]

Zuko all the way.
Mako has 0 chances. His bending is much weaker and Zuko is experienced in real battle. Mako was proven not to be great in real battle, just sports.

That looks AWESOME! If that's an Axe Kick from Zuko, I can see Mako actually dodging to the side and giving him a punch for his mistake.
I'm curious. For this match, what styles of Martial Arts are they using? Because Mako's a boxer and Zuko uses a somewhat traditional style, which is based on (quote from Avatar wiki):
"Xing Yi blends strikes from the classic "Seven Stars": hands, feet, elbows, hips, knees, shoulders and head.
Southern Dragon Claw mirrors a dragon swooping down on its prey. The form contains close-range techniques for seizing and holding that make use of the hand.
Northern Shaolin, which can be any number of fighting styles related to (but not encompassing) Long Fist boxing. Kicks are meant to be extended as far as possible without sacrificing balance.
Tae Kwon Do for head-to-head moments, utilizing strong kicks and quick punches."
