Elegant and practical design. Copper wire on grip will "green" (tarnish) relatively quickly although it will provide some protection from bacteria which is bound to build up on the grip. I suggest braided Silver wire on the next piece as this metal will tarnish black and provide even more protection against micro-organisms building up on the grip. Silver also has proposed (although quite unlikely) "Magical" properties which may help to promote sales of these very finely crafted knives you produce.
