Its quite simple really I take a wire and stick it on the end of a finger and hook it to the body

first it'll cause you to go unconscious. and second it'll transfer everything from you to the body. like hooking an Ipod or data storage device to a computor and downloading the information. but when you take the wire out it removes that information and you wake up.
or like going to sleep and dreaming that you're something else.
