I like the position, very nice and arty. The character expression is lovely too. ^^ I like her clothes movement too, I can really feel a breeze in the scene. What I might don't like is the clouds, they don't really look like clouds, but I barely notice them in the first look and only notice them when I look closer to the picture. And I'm not sure what is the blue thing behind the character. Great job overall. ^^

The blue thing is supposed to be a river and I agree the clouds could use some work. Would it be considered wrong if I edited it some more and change the submission file? I'd update the description listing the changes as well.

I think it's fine to edit it and change the file, I do that all the time. ^^
