I just had to draw these little critters. Peacock spiders are native to Australia and are some of the smallest spiders. As jumping spiders, they are quick predators. Species are famous for the bright courtship coloration and displays of the males. If the female does not accept him, and his get-away isn't quick enough, she may nab him and then eat him. mating is a risky business for these little guys. Please enjoy these crazy little critters. If you don't think spiders are cute, you got to watch their antics on Youtube. Jurgen Otto's vids are just so adorable and humorously narrated. Enjoy...Thanks,

I think we should start taking the peacock spider approach on courtship. A guy needs to do a dance, and put on a little show, and if he doesn't get away fast enough, the woman gets to kill him and eat him. I think it might make some guys think twice about putting the moves on some strange girl in a bar, and it would most definitely be entertaining.Β
