Oohh, I remember Lavender Town from my days of playing Yellow version. SUCH FOND MEMORIES. But I digress. On to the art. xD I suppose I always imagined the Cubone as quite a bit younger, but somehow it manages to look adorable anyways. And I agree on your assessment of the ghost, SO AWESOME. It has the coolest effect; just floating past so menacingly behind the poor Cubone.
