Looking through old art, I found a few Photoshop experiments I did this summer that I still like. I didn't think they were post-worthy at the time, but maybe the fact that I forgot all about this painting technique (that seems to have worked much better for me than the stuff I'm trying now) is clouding my vision. OH WELL.Al's grandpa Henry in his prime, being characteristically angry about something.

I seriously really love the minute variation in color you managed to work in with this kind of coloring. It looks so painterly and gorgeous in imposition to the cool, cartoonier type of style.
