The fullview of Rozen!
Hm...what should I say here? Hm...I don't know. XD I enjoyed creating this chara, but it took me too long to finish the picture itself for many reasons.
For a base for him- I used a very old oc of mine, but at the end- he ended up totally different! :'D I'm happy about it actually.
Tried making him pretty crazy, but at the same time- more normal looking. O.oTools: SAI+PS-cs3+Tablet-kun
