Because he is obseded, he only is with poeple because of fetish and is going really too far with it. he tried to touch my BF's character Zackiel in a rp only because he was chubby and even if he said no, per exemple and i'm not the only one.

It was why Cecilie broke her friendship with him during times, but she is too naïve and forgive him all the time... But he won't change. If everybody still forgive him why would he? He tried Emotional blackmail on me, but I simply said I didn't cared and blocked him.

maybe because he didn't had the occasion or because he is afrais to loose friend now weall yeld at him the last year. But i would be surrised because we did ita lot of time and he still do the same (per exempe with ZS... He is just obsessed by him even if Ashley has a girlfriend. I would be the GF I would react very bad...)
