And here's the final evolution of the Snoble line... Oh wait, it's another held item! Hahaha!
Look, I picked up a pair of sturdy branches! Lol!
But what is this for? There's no description whatsoever above, just like Top Hat ! 
So when Troasnoble is given this held item, it assumes Thick Twigs Mode! It learns Wood Hammer and X-Scissor, and [similar to Cubone, Marowak, and their Attack-boosting held item Thick Club] its 55 Attack stat is doubled to a whopping 110!
As long as it is Troasnoble who is holding this, neither Thief, Covet, nor Knock Off can remove this item. But if the Trainer removes this item from my Teamwork Fakemon, it loses the two powerful moves and the Attack boost. If in case Troasnoble only knows the two exclusive Top Hat moves and the item is removed, it will instantly learn Powder Snow.
I hate it when Pokémon gets too technical! I had a lot to explain!

Intriguing...I get the feeling that these and the Top Hat are somehow connected, and both to the snowman Pokemon. Of course, I could be way off-base here, and these could just be for a game of fetch with your favourite Growlithe.

I'm going to guess that this is the evolution item, while the Top Hat acts similar to the Light Ball in that it powers up the Snowman Pokémon.

Either that or Top hat is the power up item, and this is the evolution item

you never said in its description that the top hat was a hold item, but this is for a fakemon of your own creation you could make it hold ten items if you wanted
