Description WOW, it is finally done!

Little Steampunk Trade piece I did with but of course being me I put WAY too much detail into it and it took forever to finish. However, it was a lot of fun, I enjoyed making all the little textures for the gears and such though it took a very long time to do. I will probably be going back to this later and fixing things here and there but for now, I just can't spend another 3 months tweaking stuff. I do wish I started off with a smoother sketch, but I was too excited to jump into this piece.

WOW this came out well! Omg this must have taken you FOREVER. I love all the DETAIL in the steampunk bits, like those wings THOSE AMAZING WINGS. And all the belts and things an the golden goggles and omg I'm SO pleased by all of this. Plus the pose and expression are DIVINE. Those paws look so big and powerful and gah I LOVE that expression. This came out SO so well! You can so tell how much time you took on it! AMAZING job!! <3333

:bludh: that's so sweet of you! All I can say is just work on it a lot (I'm always learning still and I feel liek I haven't even scratched the surface) and draw using real life refs!

dunno why but i really like the compass layer u pasted on the background there along with the subtle swirly lookin sigals, just fits in rly nicely to the composition of this piece

That's so epic! OMG I love it! The moment I looked at it I was reminded of Da Vinci (Fav artist evaaa). I'm not sure if that's what you were shooting for, or if it was the Greek scientist in mythology, but truly amazing work!

This is simply beautiful! The detail is really stunning. The pose works really nicely, you convey the "in the moment of first flight" and victory to the viewer well
