In the polluted seas of Unova, an unfortunate accident occurred. All the chemicals from the factories mixed with the water and infected many pokemon and began to cause deformities in their offspring. One of the vaporeon that lived in the lake had a pup with a most curious defect. It was a mix of its parent vaporeon, but also of their close relative flareon. It now thrives in the deep oceans of Unova and is rarely seen.
