No dancer starts flexible, you develop it as you train.

The model is myself, and the camera was set to self-timer on a chair. The cropping of my head wasn't intentional, but I think it suits the photograph.

I was in ballet for 8 years, 3 years en pointe. Umm...I really believe it's up to the person's strength. How old are you? Just as long as you develope good technique, it would be for your instructor to evaluate
