It's Griffin[duh] in a dress[duh], inspired from when I watched Moulin Rouge[June]. The dress and necklace are based off of one of the costumes Satine wore, and the pose is somewhat referenced from a picture of Jeri Ryan.This is kinda out of character for Griffin, but somewhat symbolic all the same.
OOC because Griffin does not show off her scars at all, therefore would never wear clothing this revealing.
Symbolicness: It strikes me as her waiting for her date to arrive, but for some reason he hasn't shown up, nor plans to. The white rose represents her purity, and the crystalline Dragonfly is a part of her.. Her animal spirit if you will. The blue light is for the sorrowful mood of the picture, and I chose a moonlit setting because she is a vampire. Overall, I'm pleased with how the dual light sources worked out in the end. This is something new for me. By the way, that blue light is probably some kinda flood light nearby or something.

i really like the smoothness of it all. it has a calmness to it that adds to the beauty and i like the streaks in her hair. grrr, if only i'd have watched moulin rouge! i guess i shall go watch it now then! screw my summer assignment xD

The colors are gorgeous, and the lighting effects are very powerful. You can TELL where the light source is, which is something I have tons of trouble with. I adore how you draw humanoid faces, she is beautiful. And the way her hair falls about her face in wisps.... beautiful beautiful beautiful. She has a dragonfly on her finger, and I LOVE dragonflies! My girlfriend Paula is obsessed with them. > 3 The love for them has transferred to me as well.
I love the scars. They're probably my favorite part. How they curve with her body, her breasts, her arms.
