the pictures actually an icon of a dA account that you want to show, but people made the plz accounts to be used as emoticons, like this one for example
to use it type : iconanydeviantsname : without the space in between the ":"
for example my icon : iconpsyfull : -->
and the ilikeitplz icon I just used : iconilikeitplz : -->
