i support this ship, rumble/scootaloo, and i do sometimes support spike/rarity xD but that's only cuz that ship kind of comes from the show itself and i really like canon pairings :3

I don't think this classifies as a vector.
A vector is generally an image made with the pen tool in a program like Inkscape, Photoshop, or Illustrator, that is characterized by its transparent background and its ability to be re-sized to any size without losing quality.

done on my tablet, with a stylus. therefor, vector. but hey, whatever you think. I just know vectoring to be taking a physical sketch and digitizing and coloring the image.

I could make something in Paint with a stylus, it doesn't make it a vector. It isn't what I 'think', it is what is fact.
What you're doing is just coloring. Take a look at these groups. A majority of their art in their respective folders are vectors.

Note the transparent backgrounds on most of them, or the smooth even lines.

It's only 112, they could be passing glances, not even looking at the title.
I would just put it under Fan Art / Digital Art / Drawings / Movies & TV, since it is a colored version of a drawing. I'm not trying to be a 'bitch'. I'm just trying to prevent false labeling.
