Well.. I failed my own challenge and all the streaming stuff ;w; but I did a couple more of these and I might continue this to the next month (shh, noone will notice it's not october anymore)Anyways, this is Tanya Degurechaff from Youjo Senki or The Saga of Tanya the Evil, I really like this anime.. Backdrops of the sky look amazing, I'd love to draw clouds like that one day~
