If there's one thing I believe in more than anything else, it's honesty. Because I was raised in a...less than perfect home, honesty was a challenge for me. I learned that lying saved me from a lot of bad things growing up and I was SO afraid to be honest about anything for most of my life. Until about four years ago, I still lied about a lot of things - big things. Telling the truth was painful and frightening. But, I finally did. And I kept doing it and being honest has helped me feel so much better about everything. It's improved every relationship I have. I can't recommend honesty enough!
