(Schmincke Horadam Gouache)

At Xmas I got a set of Gouache.

This is my first painting with them.

Animal of the month at Wildlife--Awareness group was Beluga Whale so I painted one.

So far I like the Gouache quite a lot, what is cool is that you can layer the paint, the option to go lighter again if needed is quite handy.

When deluted with quite some water there is imho not really a difference to normal watercolor, they are also transparent.
