"Well I leave dA for a year and <24 hours after I get back I have someone telling me something I drew is a copy of another's when I've never seen their work and drew this based off a sketch I did 2+ years ago. So yes, you got a snappy response."

Just going to point out, because of the time we live in, it is becoming increasingly difficult to produce completely original ideas. Just because she did something someone else happened to have done as well, doesn't mean she copied them. In fact there's no guarantee she even saw anyone else who did this, maybe in her mind she was the first one to come up with it. Instead of leaving comments like that, just enjoy her interpretation of it.

I'm so terribly sorry for not making sure a random idea I had was already done before and I've made a complete waste of my time bothering to entertain people. I'll be sure to spend hours to confirm every idea I have from now is unique on rather than just drawing to entertain people and improve my art.
