Humanity's Strongest Solider - Captain Levi!

So here’s what happened to me: I just started watching AoT and I instantly fell in love and knew I had to make the 3dmg! I realized it would be an ambitious endeavour but luckily we live in a time where amazing people generously post tutorials and guides on how to make props and cosplays online (which incidentally is the reason I too started to create and post tutorials so I could give back to this awesome community). I found helpful tutorials here (this is where I got the idea to make my engine out of pc fans and have them spin) and here and looked for as many reference pictures as I could. There is lots out there. Visit my Tumblr page for some samples!
Long story short, break the project into small sections and give yourself lots of time. For instance, one night I’m like ok, I will make the shell of the sheaths, or cut out all the parts for the engine. If you try to make this whole thing in a short period of time it will be nearly impossible and likely turn out worse than you wanted. Before you do anything, figure out the dimensions and how much of each material you need. I did lots of sketches and figured out what I would need before I started fabrication on anything.
I may make a video in the future of an overview of how I made each section, I’ll let you know if I do
