It's Wii-tan, the embodiment of the Wii!...By the way, I've never actually seen a Wii in my entire life, so I don't really know if this rendition of her is accurate.

Wii-tan is a personification of the Wii game system in a cute, chibi form. "-tan" is just a childish way of saying "-chan," a Japanese term of endearment added to the end of names.
