I'm excited that I can finally share this one as it's my first ever portrait of an animal! It's of Dustin Bates' (Lead singer of the bands STARSET, Downplay, & MNQN) dog Ernie! I started this in early April of this year and finished it on...I think on the 25th of April? I made sure that I finished it in time to give Dustin the drawing at the VIP that I attended in May but, didn't get the chance. I attended the VIP on 7/9 and was able to give it to him then. I wanted to wait to share this until after I knew that he had received it, and now that he has, here it is!
It's an 8x10 and was drawn traditionally with colored pencils and a paint marker.
