My entry for the Bioware Fan Art Showcase. Fan service! My good friend Matt McGowan suggested (dared me!) to do a male pinup as there is tons of artwork celebrating how beautiful the females are in Mass Effect, but little for the males. I sketched this out in Autodesk Sketchbook but still haven't gotten used to that program so got out good old Photoshop. I was going to do a b/w render then colour it in using Hennings technique, but I rather liked the serious look it gave the character, and many shades of grey rather matches his storyline. I've not played and of the Dragon Age or Mass Effect games either, I just chose Thane as he seemed interesting, and had the easiest anatomy to bodge from human
