Description This fusion is now my favorite.
I also believe this is the first Male gem represented in the show.

They are the first to have a male VA, Alistair James, but I think any fusion with Steven would use They/Them.

They may use they them because they are a fusion of male and female. But I believe this is the first representation of a male gem. Other then the male pebbles.

It’s not kind to short-haired, lithe woman to say, β€œYup, looks just like a dude!”

Im not saying that. I have short hair myself. Im saying it would be nice for Rainbow to be a male to show gems can be represented as male too.

RQ2.0 is male-gender. Colin used he / him, and Rebecca confirmed it in a podcast.Β  The fan-wiki lists RQ2.0's pronouns as they/them, however.

According to Colin's twitter, he said that both "he/him" and "they/them" are fine.Β  Similarly (per the SU podcast), Sunstone and Obsidian are both "she/her" and "they/them".
