This picture have two things that I really like: The mouth and the eye. They make it truly look like Reita!
The necklace is not bad either... the problem is that black in the hair, but I guess you already know...
I think the colors are good, orange-ish and purple-ish gives the feeling that something is interresting, that there's a vibe of both calmness and motion (just my opinion).
