Chibi Ronald Knox as the Doormouse from the Ciel in Wonderland OVA<3. Pretty sure this is the only reason William got himself into that Hare costume. Because he gets to sit next to this bundle of cuteness all through the scene. Pretty good reason if you ask me

You're right that you didn't see him (I was disappointed too), the whole Mad Tea Party with Doormouse Ronny, March Will Hare and Undertaker Hatter (as well as the whole Red Queen finale) are in part 2, which hasn't been released yet (just the concept art, it's floating around DA somewhere too).
