ok I must ask do you ever RP? also when in the 23rd century does the comic take place post Enterprise refit or the A era? ( before star Trek 3 or after 4?)

rp i use to but the comic need a lot of work.
Star trek Constellation, takes place in our time and future. In truth we may never know what is really out there. We may build the ships but at the end what is out there.
Thats why you won't find klingons or Romulans or most star trek aliens in theses comics.

I have a good RP idea. if your up for it.. in your time line lets assume the Enterprise (refit) was destroyed like it was in the Canon Star Trek time line... my character Livingston Kirkman with the rank of commodore has orders to a ship of his choice to accompany his vessel the U.S.S JOHN Z DELOREAN NCC-2139 ( a newly built excelsior class starship NX config with single reactor and darker hull color scheme) to the quarantined Mutura sector i attempt to retrieve as much data from project genesis as possible in hopes to build a better one . however only Commodore Kirkman knew that the real mission was to retrieve the drifting hulk of the original U.S.S ENTERPRISE which bounced off of genesis before she was completely disintegrated. the actual orders were to intercept secure and tow the Enterprise back to safety and if possible have some one incharge of the operation. also to note when he was in the academy he met up with Striker and were very good friends but lost contact after they both graduated during his training the training ship was disabled and was rescued by the RLS Legacy under Amelia's command and he thought she was his role model to becoming captain and later commodore when Kirkman found out that Amelia was a Lieutenant onboard the Constellation under the command of his friend from his academy days Captain Striker. He would assign the constellation to accompany the Johnny Z in its mission to find quote on quote Genesis remains. but what he really needed is someone to look after his ship as he is onboard the Big E ( USS ENTERPRISE) on her journey back home and LT Amelia fits the requirements.

lets review this idea a bit further now.
the future is yet unknown and we don't know what is to come.

heres my idea and it should work i hope...
The doomsday weapon damages the original enterprise, starfleet places the enterprise with a new refit a complete turn around just like the Constellation everyone believes they are refits but in fact they are not.
The U.S.S JOHN Z DELOREAN puffinstudios.deviantart.com/a… is sent to tow the TOS Enterprise away when it is hijacked and the crew put on the busted up enterprise to work with.
the only hope is to get the Enterprise running and to stop the hijackers.

i got a better a idea you may like it. It has a constitution class in it and in a small way help to explain how the crew of the constellation became who they are.
Amelia will feature, but instead of the enterprise we can do the constellation instead?

The back story of this will be a head turner. A lot of explaining on how Striker got the ship meeting Amelia and the crew that will meet Doomsday.
plus your crew can feature but it will be a back story that will lead to doomsday!
