I have a theory for skeleton i think during pregnancy the rib cage get thicker and flater but after the baby is born the rib cage go back to normal. As for avea either egg or c-section but sirena your guess is as good as my

Sirenas is pretty out there, but it is at the very least plausible given what we know about Monster High universe ghosts. Spectra is solid when she chooses to be / when it's convenient...So....I imagine her dad could be when it's...uh...convenient.
